My, wasn't life awful--and wonderful.

I just watched the movie version or Thornton Wilder's Our Town. It was the best and worst thing I have ever seen. Mr Wilder was way beyond his time.

I think everyone should go out and watch (or better yet, read) this play. Then, maybe we will appreciate life as it stands before us, a little more.

That play used to be in all American literature books, ie required reading for all high school students. It made quite an impression on everyone, especially at that age. I recommend the read over the the movie! M.
